Singer Anup Jalota, who was recently evicted from Bigg Boss 12, has said he was completely unaware of how his ‘guru-shishya’ relationship with Jasleen Matharu turned into a ‘Love Jodi’ in Bigg Boss house. With multiple speculations on one hand, that their relationship used as a mere TRP-grossing stunt. On the other hand, multiple evicted contestants, shared that Anup-Jasleen’s jodi is as real as it was shown. But with the last eviction, the truth finally seems to be out.
Anup Jalota entered Bigg Boss house with Jasleen Matharu who took musical training from him. On the first day of the show, Jasleen confessed that she was in relationship with Anup Jalota, shocking the entertainment industry and the audience. Anup Jalota said, Jasleen took training of singing from him for quite some time. One day, she came to him and said Bigg Boss had approached her to be on the show. He responded saying it is great news but for himself, he didn’t deny or accept the offer. He also said said, That this idea was from her. She wanted to ride on his popularity,which she eventually did. Since he was a very positive person and he felt to help her.

Anup Jalota was also asked that Jasleen wasn’t as selfless as him as she failed to give away her make-up and clothes as a ransom to save him. To which responded that he wasn’t hurt. The reaction shown on TV was just acting by them. Also , None of the TV actors in the house could guess that he was just acting. He also maintained that he never felt bad that Jasleen didn't give up het clothes and makeup for his. There was no relation between them, so there was noo point is feeling bad about her refusal.Being a teacher he just wanted to teach her that materialistic commodities are not as important as the person.Anup Jalota, also said about Jasleen's father. Sinec it was mutually decided that they would be entering BB12 as guru and shishya. Later after entering the house it was Jasleen made up this love affair story.
