Zeenat Aman was one of the famous actresses of her time. Zeenat who was partially raised in the USA and Europe was considered as the sexiest 70s beauty and she ruled Bollywood as the sex symbol for many years. The beauty made her Bollywood debut with the movie Hulchul and the same was a big flop at the box office. Post that she was all ready to leave the nation but famous actor-filmmaker Dev Anand offered her a role in Hare Rama Hare Krishna and since then was no looking back for her.

#1. She was the second runner-up at Miss India pageant. She later went on to win the title of Miss Aisa Pacific 1970. Yes, she is the first South Asian woman to get the title.

#2. Zeenat Aman’s father, Amanullah Khan was a scriptwriter who was one of the writers for such movies as Mughal-e-Azam and Pakeezah. Amanullah Khan often wrote under the nom de plume ‘Aman’ which she later adopted as her second name on the screen.

#3. Zeenat Aman, along with Hema Malini, was the highest paid Hindi actress between 1976-80.
