The most natural way to combat any negative force is to smile. It is also one of the most beautiful things in the world. The energy that a smile provides to the body is unbelievable. 

According to a study by two Dublin teenagers, children smile about 400 times a day yet an average adult smiles only 20 times a day. However, there's a new ray of hope, a smile is contagious. Which is sort of a good thing? 

A smile reduces stress as many studies have found that a smile can help us in stressful situations and did you know that even faking a smile also produces the same results? The last fact about smiling is that it increases our productivity and helps us innovate ideas and a smile is almost equal to a workout which helps in the release of endorphins which help us to be present and efficient in our work.
