Sidharth Malhotra Turns 31

Born in Delhi on January 16, 1985 in a Punjabi Family, Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra's father was a captain in Merchant Navy. Sidharth grew up in Delhi and attended Delhi's Don Boscol School and Birla Vidya Niketan. He later attended Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.  When Sidharth turned 18, he started modeling and had quite a successful stint of 4 years. He was interested to pursue a career in acting and so he auditioned for the lead role in Anubhav Sinha's movie. His got selected but the film was shelved. Sidharth got a chance to work as an Assistant Director to Karan Johar on the sets of My Name Is Khan (2010). Impressed by his looks, Karan Johar decided to cast him in Student Of The Year opposite Alia Bhatt alongside Varun Dhawan. The movie did fabulous business at the box office. He later appeared in Ek Villain and it was successful too. Sidharth also appeared in Karan Johar's Kapoor and Sons as Arjun Kapoor and the movie was a commercial success. It also won several Filmfare Awards. His last movie Baar Baar Dekho went without a trace.

Sidharth Mahotra will be seen in Raj and D.K's  upcoming movie titled 'Reloaded'. It is an action movie and is scheduled to release on 25 August 2017. Sidharth Malhotra will be seen opposite Jacqueline Fernandez. Sunil Shetty also plays an important role in this upcoming movie being produced by Fox Star Studios. Vishal-Shekar and Sachin-Jigar have composed the music for this upcoming movie.
