Half Girlfriend crosses 50 Cr At Box Office, Recovers Money

Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Half Girlfriend has collected more than Rs. 50 Crore at the box-office, thereby recovering the production cost.

Directed by Mohit Suri and starring Arjun and Shraddha Kapoor, Half Girlfriend was made on a budget of Rs. 48 Crore. The movie managed to recover its cost of production by collecting over Rs. 50 Crore till date.

According to BoxOfficeIndia.com, "Half Girlfriend had a big drop in its second weekend as it grossed around 4.75 crore nett. The business was down 85% and with this drop the lifetime business looks to be around 55 crore nett. The film could not compete with the films around it like Sachin, Bahubali 2 and Hindi Medium and needed a solo second week or weaker competition to cross 60 crore nett."
