Nikhil Advani had a valid question. Where did the Rs. 36000 Crore go? How much was spent on improving the drainage system and Roads in Mumbai?
994 mm rain in 2005. Today 290mm. 12yrs one third the rain and the same situation. So where is 36,000 crores being spent? #MumbaiRains
