Top 10 Highest Paid Bollywood Actors

Riding on the success of Bahubali, South Indian actor Prabhas raised his Fee to Rs. 30 Crore for each movie. Though 30 Crore seems to be a whopping amount for one movie, that is nothing compared to what our Top Bollywood actors get paid for each film. Here is the list of Top 10 Highest Paid Bollywood actor.

1. Salman Khan: Rs. 60 Crore

If you thought Prabhas's 30 Crore fee per movie was the highest by any actor in India, then you were wrong. He gets paid only half of what our Sallu bhai gets. Salman Khan charges a whopping Rs. 60 Crore per movie.

2. Aamir Khan: Rs. 55 - 60 Crore

Aamir Khan doesn't wanna be far behind Salman Khan and he charges almost the same amount as Salman Khan, sometimes a few crore less. Sadly this affects the overall production of the movie as a major chunk of the movie's budget goes in paying these top stars. May be this is the reason why we cannot make a movie like Bahubali in Bollywood.

3. Shah Rukh Khan: Rs. 40 - 45 Crore

This amount of money looks quite exorbitant for SRK, esp when we look into the fact that his movies do not get the same success like those starring Aamir and Salman. SRK was a big name in Bollywood till the time Yash Chopra was alive. Yash Chopra's movies with SRK used to do extremely well. SRK hasn't given us a hit post his demise. His movies never attained success like Dangal or Bajrangi Bhaijaan. We expect his rate chart to go down based on his movie's performance.

4. Hrithik Roshan: Rs. 40 - 45 Crore

Hrithik Roshan was struggling to keep his rate chart intact because his movies were flopping badly. Mohenjo Daro was one of the biggest disasters of 2016. His last movie Kaabil did extremely well and even got better review than SRK's Raees. Post this Hrithik Roshan is being counted upon as one of the top relevant Bollywood actors in the big league.

5. Akshay Kumar: Rs. 35-40 Crore

All the movies of Akshay Kumar enter Rs. 100 Crore easily and he is the only actor besides the Khans who can carry the whole movie on his shoulders. Akshay is not only an actor but a Philanthropist too. He is also always on the forefront to do something for the Army and for the nation.  

6. Ajay Devgan: Rs. 25-35 Crore

His last movie Shivaay didn't do that well but he is expected to be back in the game with Rohit Shetty's Golmaal. His movies Singham and Drishyam did extremely well at the box office.

7. Ranbir Kapoor: Rs. 20 - 25 Crore

Here is an actor we expect to replace the Khans and topple them from the top league considering their age. His impressive acting, amazing dancing-skills and the right choice of movies will ensure that his Fee will see a steep rise very soon.

8. Amitabh Bachchan: Rs. 18 - 20 Crore

Big B perhaps charges too less considering he is the best actor that we currently have in Bollywood. His son Abhishek Bachchan has become an irrelevant flop actor so it is important for Big B to continue working. Ghar bhi toh chalana hai :P, whatever be the case, we love Amitabh Bachchan and pray for his long and healthy life and may he keep entertaining us all the time.

9. Ranveer Singh: Rs. 15 to 20 Crore

He is one Director's actor. Besides Sanjay Leela Bhansali movies, he hasn't really impressed us that well for us to consider him worthy of this fee. He doesn't command the same fan following as the Khans. Log kehte hai isne toh Aditya Chopra ko bhi dubo diya. Aditya Chopra has given us DDLJ, Mohabbatein and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi with SRK but when he chose Ranveer, his movie bombed at the box office.

10. Shahid Kapoor:  Rs. 15 Crore

Just like Ranveer Singh, his performances in Vishal Bharadwaj movies are the only ones appreciated by audience. Let us hope that he does wonders in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming movie Padmawati.

11. Saif Ali Khan:  Rs. 7 to 10 Crore

We are not sure if he is even relevant in today's Bollywood. I mean how many people would go to watch a single hero movie starring Saif Ali Khan? Well, not many.
