Juhi Chawla and Jay Mehta's Love Story

Juhi Chawla is one of the most beautiful actresses in Bollywood and is known for her impeccable comedy timing. She was crowned Miss India 1984 and won the Best National Costume award at Miss Universe that year. Her first Bollywood movie was Sultanat, but she shot to fame from her second movie Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak.

Juhi was one of the most successful actresses in the 90s. During the shoot of Rakesh Roshan's movie Karobar, Rakesh Roshan introduced her to his friend Jay Mehta. Jay was already married at that time. Juhi and Jay became friends and kept meeting regularly thereafter. During this time, Jay's wife passed away and his mother fell ill. Juhi was quite close to Jay's mother and took good care of her while she was unwell. She came very close to Jay's family and in 1995, Juhi got married to Jay Mehta.

Jay Mehta is a Businessman and owns the Mehta Group of companies which is spread over Africa, India, Canada and USA. He was earlier married to Sujata Birla, sister of Yash Birla who died in Flight 605 plane crash on Feb 14, 1990.

Jay and Juhi have two children, a girl named Jahnavi (born in 2001) and a boy named Arjun (born in 2003).
