Manjari Fadnis is an Indian actress who has appeared in Hindi, Telugu, Bengali, Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil language films.[1] She is best known for her performance in the 2008 Hindi film Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na.

She was one of the participants who was one of the final 8. Only 4 made it form the band Aasma. Manjari Fadnis started her career with Rok Sako To Rok Lo in 2004, but her big break was Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na (2008) as the lead actor's girlfriend, for which she won the Stardust Award for Breakthrough Performance Female 2009. Earlier she was part of the National Film Award-winning Bengali feature film Faltu and also Mumbai Salsa.

Manjari was born in Sagar, but grew-up in Shimla, Jammu, Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune. Her father used to work in the Indian Army and hence she had to travel a lot throughout the country because of her father’s transferable job. She has played various types of roles in various films belonging to different dialects such as Tamil, Bengali, Hindi, and Kannada. Manjari belongs to a family where no one is attached to the film industry. She was not expected to be associated with the film industry, however, she debuted into Bollywood in 2004.

She is making her Marathi film Sarv Mangal Savdhan opposite Raqesh Vashisth.
