The Deols - Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby are back for the third round of Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se. The third film in the YPD franchise that has been a hit and a miss affair till now, trying hard to make us laugh. The first movie was a surprise hit, however, the sequel was a both a critical and a commercial misfire. Can the third film, along with Salman Khan's gracious came on, turn the fortunes for the Deols, who haven't seen a decent hot for some time? The recently revealed trailer does promise some fun moments but also a lot of caution in setting expectations.

In the film, veteran actor Dharmendra will be seen essaying the role of Yamla who wears his heart on his sleeve. Sunny as Pagla will be back again in his righteous avatar while Bobby as Deewana will be seen as the boy-next-door Punjabi Munda high on love and humour. Along with Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby, Kriti Kharbanda will also be seen essaying a prominent role in the film.

Well, the trailer surely has some humorous moments courtesy the Deols' incredible, and expected chemistry. Sunny Deol also gets to flex his muscles like he always does, while Bobby Deol gets to romance Kriti Kharbanda, the sole female lead. Towards the end, Salman Khan arrives for his special appearance and he is not alone! He also brings Sonakshi Sinha and Rekha for a reprise of the yesteryear hit song, Rafta Rafta!. Directed by Navaniat Singh, it will hit the screens on August 31.

The upcoming comedy 'Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se' which was earlier scheduled to hit the screens on August 15, 2018, has now been pushed ahead by 2 weeks. With the release date being pushed, this independence day is going to witness clash of Akshay Kumar's 'Gold' and John Abraham's 'Satyamev Jayate'.
