Abhishek Bachchan’s comeback film Manmarziyan’s trailer is out. The makers including noted filmmaker Anurag Kashyap announced the news on his Instagram account sharing a new look of Taapsee Pannu, Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal from the film. The highly-anticipated film will have Junior Bachchan facing the cameras after a sabbatical of two years. Last he was seen in Housefull 3 with Akshay Kumar.
Aanand L Rai, who is one of the producers of the film apart from Phantom Films, said that the film is a complex love story with relatable human emotions. So far, the makers have dropped two posters from the film; one featuring Abhishek Bachchan as a Sikh donning turban and heavy beard and the other with Taapsee Pannu climbing on Vicky Kaushal’s shoulders.
Abhishek Bachchan is playing a Sikh in the film that will also be Taapsee’s love interest. However, the other poster also suggests that Vicky Kaushal is her lover. As directed by maverick Anurag Kashyap, Manmarziyan is expected to be brimming with complex emotions and drama. Vicky Kaushal, who has already proved his acting mettle with Masaan and Raazi, is all set to impress the audience with another film. Taapsee Pannu, on the other hand, is also riding high on success as her latest film Mulk has received rave reviews from the critics around the country. Abhishek Bachchan couldn’t have asked for a better comeback than an Anurag Kashyap film.
