The lead actor of Raees, Shah Rukh Khan, has been promoting his upcoming Bollywood movie all by himself. His co-star, Pakistani actress Mahira Khan, has been confined to Pakistan as she hasn't been able to visit India due to the ongoing tensions between the two nations and the ban on Pakistani artists by Indian filmmakers. However, things are going to change soon, and for better.
Recently Pakistani Cinema Owners removed the ban on screening of Indian Movies. Now Mahira Khan will reunite with SRK for the Dubai round of Film's promotions. Mahira was spotted at Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates a couple of days ago. The duo had earlier even shot for a song in the Middle East. In order to facilitate a smooth release of their film, SRK along with producer Ritesh Sidhwani had earlier visited Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray. Through the hour-long discussion, Thackeray had reportedly agreed on the condition that Mahira wouldn’t fly down to India for the promotions.
