1. Welcome
2007's hit Indian Hindi-language comedy film Welcome was directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwala and Ronnie Screwvala under the banner of UTV Motion Pictures and "Base Industries Group". The film boasted of a stellar ensemble cast that includes Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Katrina Kaif, Paresh Rawal, Mallika Sherawat and Feroz Khan in his last film appearance. While Sunil Shetty had made an intriguing guest appearance, Malaika Arora Khan's item song also became very popular.

3. No Entry
The official remake of 2002 Tamil movie Charlie Chaplin, No Entry remains to be one of the biggest hits of 2005.
Directed Anees Bazmee and produced by Boney Kapoor, the film starred Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan, Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, Esha Deol and Celina Jaitly with a cameo appearance by Sameera Reddy. Revolving around the issue of extra-marital affairs, Salman Khan was one of the key highlights of the film.

2. Dhol
2007 Indian Hindi comedy thriller film Dhol was directed by Priyadarshan and produced under the Percept Picture Company. Starring Tusshar Kapoor, Sharman Joshi, Kunal Khemu, Rajpal Yadav, Tanushree Dutta and Om Puri in lead roles, the film also starred Arbaaz Khan, Abhimanyu Singh, Payal Rohatgi, Murali Sharma, Asrani and Tiku Talsania are featured in supporting yet crucial roles. The film was an official remake of 1990 Malayalam film In Harihar Nagar. The film opened to lukewarm response from the film-critics but after strong word-of-mouth and excellent public response ended up doing an above-average business.

4. Ishq
In 1997 Indian there came a film that didn't just go down to become one of the biggest comic hits of the decades but the film till today remains one of the best films by Aamir, Ajay Devgn, Kajol and Juhi Chawla. Directed by Indra Kumar, the film was a remake of Kannada film. Aamir Khana's comic timing was one of the key highlights of the film. Several comedy scenes from the film till today remain iconic for reasons more than one.

5. Dhamaal
2007 Indian comedy film Dhamaal was directed by Indra Kumar and produced by Ashok Thakeria based on the 2001 Hollywood film Rat Race (film). Starring Sanjay Dutt, Ritesh Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Aashish Chaudhary and Javed Jaffrey in the lead roles the film earned a lot of praises. Till today it is considered as one of the cult comedy films.
