In protest against Sharma’s obnoxious midair drunken misconduct with Sunil and Chandan, three of his most vital team members namely Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar stayed away from the shoot of The Kapil Sharma Show this week. Kiku Sharda remained with him.
Sunil has decided not to return to the show. He is contractually bound with the Channel (Sony Entertainment) and not with Kapil Sharma’s production house. Sunil has already made it clear to Sony that he cannot return to the show after Kapil’s unruly conduct.
Apparently Kapil bragged to his team that he can make the show work even if all his colleagues decide to leave, since the show works because of him and him alone. The other comic actors of show have decided to take up the host’s arrogant challenge. Hence this weekend only Kiku Sharda turned up for recording.
