Akshay Kumar to learn Ghatka for his upcoming film Kesari.

Akshay Kumar started his career as an action hero in films and has learned many different martial arts in his life. He became serious in his profession and experimented with different genres and excelled at them as an actor.

Currently, the superstar is busy promoting 'PadMan', that also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte. Padman is going to release on 9th February.

According to recent news on his next film Kesari, he will be learning traditional artillery, sword fighting and Gatka (an Indian martial art form associated with the Sikhs of the Punjab region)

That is because he plays the character of Havildar Ishar Singh, the leader of the 1897 Battle of Saragarhi and which will bring him back to his action hero days.

It will be pretty interesting to see him doing a lot of action scenes and bring some variety to his recent movies where he has been either doing comedy or drama.

Kesari stars Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra in the lead roles. The film has started shooting and will be released next year. We are excited to see him do what he does best and we are sure that Padman will be one of the highest grossing movies of the year.
