The first official trailer of Aamir Khan's Secret Superstar is out now.

The trailer starts with Music Director Shakti Kumar (Aamir Khan) coming on stage to present the Best Singer Award and then we see Insia (Zaira Wasim) singing a beautiful song 'Koi Yeh Bataday, Main Kaun Hoon'. And then they show what we already saw in the teaser, Insia wants to pursue a career in singing but her conservative father is totally against her daughter going public with her songs. Insia meets music director Shakti Kumar. Shakti encourages Zaira to pursue her dreams. Zaira is then seen wearing a Nakaab and a Burkha and making her debut on YouTube as a singer. Soon she becomes a YouTube Superstar.

Secret Superstar traces the journey of Insia, a 14 year old girl from Baroda, whose dream of becoming a singer changes her life and the lives of everyone around her. The movie stars Zaira Wasim, Meher Vij, Raj Arjun, Tirth Sharma, Kabir Sheikh, Farrukh Jaffer and Aamir Khan.

Secret Superstar is Written & Directed by Advait Chandan. The music for this film has been composed by Amit Trivedi with Kausar Munir penning the lyrics. The movie is scheduled to release on October 19, 2017.
