Kangana Ranaut launched the film's poster on the banks of river Ganga in Varanasi

The much awaited poster of Kangana Ranaut's upcoming Bollywood movie 'Manikarnika' is out now. She plays the role of Jhansi Ki Raani (The Queen of Jhansi) in this movie and looks extremely fierce.

Kangana, along with her team launched the film's 20-feet tall emblem logo poster on the banks of holy river Ganga in Varanasi. Shankar-Ehsan-Loy have composed the music and Prasoon Joshi has panned the lyrics for the movie. The title song has been sung by Richa Sharma.

Kangana has also been vigorously training for her role, taking horse-riding lessons among other strenuous physical training.

Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi Launch

Interestingly the makers are even planning to approach Hollywood actor Hugh Grant to play the role of General Hugh Rose in the movie. The movie is shceduled to release on April 27, 2017.
