Directed by by Vivek Agnihotri, Junooniyat is about two characters, An Army Officer Haan (Pulkit) and a Punjabi girl. who meet and fall in love when the army officer rescues the Punjabi Girl Suhaani (Yami) and then decide to part ways for a reason. How original!! The story has nothing new to offer for romantic movie lovers.

As far as the locations are concerned, they are all stunning to look at but that doesn't make a good movie. The movie wouild have done badly even if it was released in the 90s because the execution of the movie is so bad.

Pulkit and Yami were last seen in Sanam Re which the audience rejected outright. This one is gonna suffer the same fate. Not that these are horrible actors but they are not good actors either. We don't have to pay money to watch their acting for christ's sake.

First half of the movie is still bearable thanks to the beautiful locales but the secod half will test your nerves and the sane and sorted ones will actually walk out of the cinema hall.
