If you don't look for any sense in a movie, then you will definitely enjoy Housefull 3 as the makers want us all to shut our brains before entering the auditorium. Sadly, for the makers, the number of educated Indians is increasing day by day and god has bestowed intelligence upon all of them. They want to be served with a good content when they spend their hard earned money to watch any movie in a cinema hall. Sadly this movie doesn't will not live up to their expectations.
If you are a Whatsapp user then please avoid this nonsense as the jokes in this Bollywood movie will not appeal to you at all for you would have read it several times on your mobile phones. Scenes like Akshay kicking a guy's head on the beach like it was a football has also been copied from several funny videos forwarded on Whatsapp. There is nothing new in this movie that would make you laugh. Yes, there are a few funny moments here and there in the movie that will make you smile, but that ain't enough to sit through 145 minutes of torture.
The comedy in this movie is absolutely third class. Songs are forced into the movie and give you an ample amount of time to go to the washroom to attend nature's call.
Talk about acting and you find almost everybody being loud and uninteresting. Akshay Kumar & Boman Irani are good to watch. The rest of the cast is absolutely abysmal. The movie is very predictable with absolutely poor punchlines.
Conclusion: Housefull 3 will be running to packed houses for sure in the first weekend as there is no real competitor. However the film is expected to take a serious dip from Tuesday with the start of Ramadan and schools reopening. We do have a section of people who have not been exposed to the world of laughter on social network or for that matter good content and for them this movie is worth watching. If you want logic to laugh then avoid this movie because whatsapp jokes like "eye chi shapath"& "blind date" etc will probably not appeal to you. But if you like to while away time laughing at some lame and old jokes (provided you haven't read them on social media) then do watch this movie, it will entertain you in bits.
