Bewitched: What happened to the Cast?

Nostalgia

American Fantasy Sitcoms Bewitched was dubbed in Hindi & aired in India on Sony TV in the mid 90s. It introduced us to the world of Witches & Warlocks with witty humor & good SFX. Indian shows have been poorly imitating this concept for decades now but we have never got the humor & SFX right.

Bewitched

Plot: Samantha and Darrin Stephens get married in the first episode. Darrin finds out that his wife Samantha is no ordinary woman. She is a powerful witch belonging to a family of powerful witches and warlocks. Samantha can do magic with a twitch of her nose. Bewitched was aired for 8 seasons on ABC TV Channel in the United States from Sept. 17, 1964 through March 25, 1972. In 2002, Bewitched was ranked at number 50 on TV Guide's '50 Greatest TV Shows of All Time'. It was created by Sol Saks who died at the age of 100 in 2011.

This show took us to the magical world of witches. The humor, the concept, the story in each episode and those witty dialogues made us all addicted to this sitcom. Indian shows have tried to imitate this concept but failed terribly. Our third world SFX shown on small screen doesn't go beyond some stars glittering on some part of a human body which looks so damn fake.

Let us talk about bewitched and find out what happened to the cast of Bewitched.
