Actor Sterling K. Brown is backing the drama series "Everyday Insanity", which has been inspired by the life events of series creator Laura Bensick.
The series is being developed by Fox, and Brown is on board as an executive producer, reports "variety.com".
"Everyday Insanity" is being described as an uplifting drama about three different families who support each other after their loved ones are diagnosed with mental illnesses.
Bensick is the writer and executive producer on the series, with Brown and Danielle Reardon executive producing under their Indian Meadows Productions banner.
Brown launched Indian Meadows in 2018 under a pact with 20th Century Fox with the aim of promoting diversity. He is also producing "Washington Black", a series that tells the story of an 11-year-old slave.
