While it is true that Pakistani politicians had banned Bollywood movies for many decades, it is also a fact that it was Parvez Musharraf who lifted the ban on Bollywood movies to be screened in Pakistan. Pakistani cinema flourished after the Ban was lifted. Parvez Musharraf doesn't come across as a truly Islamic man for he does a lotta things that are against Islam, for instance Keeping Dogs as Pets or Dancing in a Nightclub. While Mullahs would hate him, liberals welcome such a change. Everyone has the right to enjoy and so what if it is Parvez Musharraf and the song happens to be a Bollywood song.
Pakistani news anchor Hamid Mir shared the video of Parvez Musharraf dancing on Bollywood song Dilli Wali Girlfriend in a Pakistani night club. He tweeted, "Do you know who is this man dancing in a night club and where is his pain these days?".
