Single Screen Cinema Owners Thank Aamir Khan For Dangal

Indian Single Screen Theater Owners thanked the Bollywood actor for reviving their business with his movie 'Dangal'.

The year 2016 witnessed a lull by Bollywood but Aamir Khan's Dangal changed the scene for single screen theater owners in India.

Aamir Khan was touched reading the emotional letters written to by single screen cinema owners to thank him.

Aamir Khan stated that tt has been a very exciting and fulfilling journey. He said, "When I look back at my career, all my decisions - on the face of it - have mostly been impractical and risky, with the latest instance being ' Dangal' (2016)."

"Also, I have been able to do the kind of work that I believe in. Not all of us are lucky enough to be in the position where you can choose to do what you want. I feel very grateful to be in that position. I am able to do the work that I love".

Dangal was released on December 23, 2016 and earned a more than Rs. 535 Crore at the box office
