Kapil Sharma’s wedding will be in Jalandhar and followed by a reception on December 14 in Mumbai.

Comedy king Kapil Sharma is all set to tie the knot with Ginni Chatrath. The comedian took to social media and posted an invite announcing his wedding on December 12. Today seems to be a big day for Kapil as earlier Sony TV shared the teaser of the new season of The Kapil Sharma Show and now he has shared wedding card seeking everyone's blessing.

On December 24, 2016, Kapil called up Ginni, saying he wanted to marry her.

"Kapil is a gem of a person and very caring. There is no one like him and I can't find anyone better than him. He is a family man. If he loves his mother and sister so much, it's certain that he would love his partner, too. He is a star for the audience, not for me. He is still humble the way he was years ago and hasn't changed at all," Ginni added.

"With great joy in our heart and blessings of our parents, it gives us immense pleasure to announce that Ginni and I will embark on a new journey of love, respect, and togetherness on 12th December 2018.

We would like to thank each and every one who has been a part of our wonderful sojourn and seek the best wishes and prayers of all our loved one. Lots of love, Kapil and Ginni." Kapil is also gearing up for his TV comeback with the new season of The Kapil Sharma Show. The show on Sony TV will also feature Bharti Singh, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and Sumona Chakravarti.
