What started with a small argument escalated into a war, a cold war, as the two stars of Rangoon are not on talking terms on the sets. Rangoon stars Kangana, Shahid and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles. It is a period film set during World War II.

Kangana and Shahid had an argument on how to interpret a shot, where to stand on the set and how to delivery a line and this argument escalated into an altercation between the two. By the time the shooting was wrapped up they were not even looking at one another until the camera was on.

Interestingly none of the lead superstars want to work with Kangana Ranaut, be it SRK, Hrithik Roshan, Aamir, Salman, Akshay Kumar or Ajay Devgan.
