Kangana Ranaut shocked Karan Johar when she labeled him as the flag bearer of Nepotism on her first ever appearence on Koffee With Karan. Since then Karan has shown a very revengeful nature and bashed Kangana Ranaut at every given opportunity. Recently, at the IIFA Awards show, Karan and Saif Ali Khan took a jab at Kangana Ranaut on the Nepotism issue.

It is well known in the industry now that Kajol is not so friendly with Karan Johar thanks to Ajay-Karan fight on various issues, particularly the release of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil with Shivaay.

Talking to a leading tabloid, when she was asked to comment on the ongoing nepotism issue, Kajol said, "I think it is a debate brought on by two personalities (referring to Karan and Kangana) who have decided to quote- unquote each other. I honestly think it's a moot point because every child wants to grow up and be like their parents."

Kajol further added, "Lawyers' children grow up and become lawyers, and doctors' children grow up and become doctors. And sometimes both of their children become actors."

"It is an open world. It is a free space. Anybody can become anything that they want to become. The people who succeeded in the industry, and by example you can take any name you want, they have succeeded because of their talent and sheer hard work. I don't think all the people who have succeeded have that much to claim over their bloodline," said Kajol as she signed off.
