Jealous of Diljit Dosanjh's victory at Filmfare for his critically acclaimed role in Udta Punjab, Harshvardhan Kapoor claims that Diljit Dosanjh made his Bollywood debut in 2008 and that he should have been given the Filmfare award instead of Diljit.

Some stars kids really get on to our nerves with their behavior. We all know that Diljit Dosanjh's acting in Udta Punjab was appreciated more than the star kid Harshvardhan Kapoor' act in the dud movie 'Mirzya' which actually put many to sleep.

Jealous of Diljit Dosanjh's victory at Filmfare Award, Harshvardhan Kapoor now claims that Diljit Dosanjh had made his Bollywood debut in 2008. We don't recollect any such movie that Diljit starred in as a lead actor. Harsvardhan Kapoor failed to mention the name of the movie that he claimed, starred Diljit in the lead role, and was released in 2008.

Harshvardhan Kapoor isn’t happy about losing Filmfare to Diljit Dosanjh. In his argument, the star kid says that the Best debut Male Filmfare award should be given to people who are actually newcomers, and not to somebody who has worked in several films before heading to Hindi films. Dosanjh has done a number of films before heading to Hindi films. We are sure that the audience won't agree with Harsvardhan Kapoor because Filmfare award honors Bollywood debutantes. Regional films are never taken into consideration for FIlmfare Bollywood awards. It is sad to see this amount of jealousy in this star kid. We hope time and experience makes him accept any kind of failure and move on and prove his acting skills in his upcoming movies.

In a poll run by Indian Express, more than 64% of people found Diljit Dosanjh deserving of Filmfae award and only 20% thought that the award should have been given to Harsvardhan Kapoor.
