Rohit Shetty's Diwali Dhamaka Golmaal Again has become the highest Nett grossing Diwali release of all time as it crossed the Rs. 194.30 crore nett of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo with a figure of Rs. 195.50 crore nett apprx. in 19 days.

According to BoxOfficeIndia, " The GROSS figures are still short of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. The film will be the first 200 crore nett Diwali film. Diwali is still not reaching the levels of Xmas or Eid as the combined business of Golmaal Again and Secret Superstar will be around 265 crore nett but films be it solo or two releases have gone past 300 crore nett on Eid and Xmas."
