Indian Idol is making a comeback on Indian TV after a gap of 4 years and there is a good news for all Indian Idol fans. The famous trio of Sonu Nigam, Farah Khan and Anu Malik will be back to judge the Season 7 of Indian Idol.

The winner of the first season of Indian Idol was Abhijeet Sawant from Mumbai, but he wasn't able to leave any impression in Bollywood. On the contrary, contestants who haven't won the reality show have been more successful in Bollywood. For instance, Arijit Singh lost early in Fame Gurukul Reality TV Show and the show was won by Ruprekha Bannerjee and Qazi Touqueer but these two winners are nowhere in the picture now. Same goes with Monali, who has been entertaining us with her Bollywood hits every year, she was eliminated quite early in Indian Idol. This probably reflects the Judging Panels wrong selection and biased voting by the audience. The audience often ends up voting for the contestant from their city and this results in the selection of the wrong person as a winner. Let us hope the judges select the right winner this time and do not leave it completely up to the audience to decide.
