Not many of us expected Simran to be a commercial blockbuster. It did remind us of her performance in Queen, but Queen had an uplifting story and amazing songs that we all still remember. Simran just didn't have that thing going for it from the beginning. An okayish story, poor songs, poor supporting cast and they all added up to the movie not being able to cater to the Indian audience.

One thing is sure, that Kangana Ranaut has established herself as one of the finest actresses in the film industry. Two successive flops viz. Rangoon and Simran will certainly not create a dent on her Star Power. She will continue ruling our hearts thanks to her acting skills, beauty and her Bindasss attitude in life.

Kangana will be next seen playing the lead role in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. It is an epic biographical movie about the life of Jhansi Ki Rani (Rani Laxmibai) and the film is scheduled for release on April 27, 2018.
