We were expecting Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati to release in Diwali 2017, but that is not going to happen, as the movie is scheduled to release in November 2017 and not in October, the month of Diwali this year.

Rohit Shetty's Golmaal Again is scheduled to release in Diwali this year, October 18, and will face tough competition from Aamir Khan's Secret Superstar.

Golmaal is a loud comedy starring Rohit Verma, Ajay Devgan, Parineeti Chopra, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Tabu, Shreyas Talpade & Tusshar Kapoor. Secret Superstar stars Zaira Wasim, Abin Muhammed, Aamir Khan, Meher Vij.

Padmavati is scheduled to release on November 17, 2017.
