Get ready for Ronnie Screwvala's Bollywood movie based on Indian Army's Surgical Strikes across the Line of Control in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.

On September 29, 2016, 11 days after the Pakistani terrorist attacks on Uri, the Indian army had conducted "surgical strikes" against suspected militants in Pakistani-occupied Kashmir. Producer Ronnie Screwvala is making a movie titled 'Uri' and it is based on India's surgical strikes. Vicky Kaushal will be playing the lead role and the movie will be directed by Aditya Dhar.

Vicky plays the role of Commander-in-Chief who led this operation of the surgical strike and he will be undergoing some paramilitary training before commencing with the shoot of the film.

This marks the second collaboration between RSVP and Vicky. The banner's first production, "Love Per Square Foot", too has Vicky in the lead and is set for a release in April next year.
