After appearing together in many films and sharing such a close bond, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra's relationship has reached a point where both the actors don't see each other face to face. As per reports, they were romantically linked for a long time, though none of them came out in the open about their relationship.

Rumours of their alleged split started doing rounds on the internet recently. As per a report in Filmfare, a close acquaintance of both stated, "Sidharth and Alia have split, and unlike previous instances, this time, it seems permanent. They will not get back together again. Alia and Sid are avoiding each other and are not even on talking terms now. Maybe with time, they will get back to being friends, but for now, they are maintaining a distance from each other. They were having a lot of fights in the recent times. Mutually, they decided it wasn’t working out and it was better to end it.”

When Alia was recently asked about this break-up, she said, “I didn’t know about that at all. Such talks (about break-up) started even before I traveled to Patiala (first schedule of Raazi)”.

Sid was recently asked to comment on the same, he said, “Alia and I break-up? For what? Breaking tables and chairs.”
