Actress Hema Malini on Monday mourned the death of eminent dance historian Sunil Kothari, saying he encouraged her in the initial stage of her career. The actress has tweeted an emotional note for Kothari, who passed away on Sunday following a cardiac arrest at the age of 87.
"Sunil Kothari, eminent dance critic has passed away. He was one of those who encouraged me in the initial stage of my career. He was a passionate lover of art, a spl person who took grt interest in classical dance and encouraged young dancers. Will truly miss u Sunilji," she wrote.
Meanwhile, earlier this month, the actress thanked fans for the love and wishes they have shared on the occasion of the 85th birthday of her husband, actor Dharmendra.
In a separate tweet, Hema had shared a birthday wish for hubby Dharmendra, that read: "Yesteryear and now. Your respect, blessings and love have kept us together all these years."
