Singer Rahul Jain, who is currently being lauded for his new song "Wajah", has opened up on his process of singing.

"I don't know why I earlier used to have a target in my mind to create 10 songs a day irrespective of ‘how crap they would turn out'. For a long time I followed that target, but later realised that it is not the right thing to do. So now I take my own time and try to create the best. Also, I prefer to record my songs at night. Many people say that morning is the best time as our voice sounds fresh in morning hours. But I find night time more comfortable and peaceful. I prefer to record at night, creating and composing I can do anytime," Rahul told IANS.

Speaking of his latest romantic song "Wajah", the track has garnered over 4 million views on YouTube so far.

Asked if he pays heed to the number of likes and views, Rahul responded: "Today people measure success by the likes that the tracks have received, and it has become a trend. But I don't pay much attention to this game of likes and views. If only five people have listened to my song and have reached out to me and appreciated me, then that would also be a big thing for me."
