The protest against the film has been staged in front of the censor board. Karni Sena has demanded that the film be banned. These protests have been done on Friday morning.

The Karni Sena says that they will not allow the film to be released in any condition within the country. Karani Sena believes that this film depicts the wrong image of Padmavat.
